SHAITAAN KE AWLIYA



Har musalman ka aqeeda yah hai ki insaano ne apne saathi bana rakhe hai jin par wah ghaalib aa chuka hai aur allah ki yaad se unko ghaafil kar diya hai, buraai khoobsurat andaaz me unke saamne pesh karte hue jhoot unke dil me daalta rahta hai, aise log haq baat sunne se bahre hain, haq dekhne se unki aankhen andhi hain ye log puri tarah shaitaan ke sarparast ho chuke hain, uske ahkaam ko maante hain, buraayi acchaayi ki bhes me unko nazar aati hai, buraayi ko bhalaai bana diya aur bhalaai ko buraayi, ye log har baat me allah ke waliyon ka zid aur ulat hai, we ek allah ke saathi hain to dusre allah ke dushman, unko allah ki muhabbat haasil hai aur usko raazi karne ki koshish karte hain to dusre allah ko naraaz kar rahe hain aur unpar allah ki lanat aur azaab hai, agar ye allah taala ke dushman kabhi hawa me udte hain ya paani ki satah par chalkar dikha Dete hain to yah allah ke un dushmano ko "istdaraaz" aazmaaishon ke liye mohlat haasil hai aur ya phir shayateen apne saathiyon ke saath dosti ka haq ada karte hain, is aqeede ki buniyad ye daleelen hain


allah taala irshad farmata hai:


"aur jo log kufr karte hain unka saathi taghoot(shaitaan) hai, unko roshni se nikaal kar andheron me le jaate hain, ye log jahannum wale hain usme hamesha rahenge"


(baqarah 257)

" shayateen apne saathion ke dil me (chhupi hui baaton) daalte hain taaki we tumhaare saath bahes karen, lekin agar tumne unki farmabardari ki to mushrik mese ho jaaoge"

(anaam 121)

" aur jis din ham un sabko ikattha karenge, kahenge aiy giroh Jinn ! Tumne bahut se insaan gumrah kiye hain aur unke saathi insan kahenge: aiy hamare rabb ! Hamne ek dusre se faayeda hasil kiya hai aur ham apni muddat ko pahunch gaye jo tune hamare liye muttayyan kiya, allah taala Farmayega , tumhara thikana jahannum me hai usme hamesha rahoge magar jo allah chaahe"

" aur jo (rahman) ki yaad se gaafil hai ham uspar shaitaan thop dete hain, isliye wah uska saathi hai aur ye shayateen unko(seedhe) raaste se rok dete hain aur ye samjhte hain ki ham theek raaste par ja rahe hain"


(zukhruf 36-37)

"beshak hi hamne shayateen ko imaan na lane walon ka saathi aur dost bana diya hai"

" beshak unhone allah ke siwa shayateen ko dost bana liya hai aur samjhte hain ki sahi raah par chal rahe hain"

" aur hamne unke liye saathi mutaiyyan kar diye hain jinhone unke aage aur peeche (ki badkaariyon) saja kar dikhaaya"

" aur jab hamne kaha ki adam ko sazda karo, phir unhone sazda kiya siwaaye iblees ke, yah jinno mese tha, apne parwardigaar ke huqm me nikal Gaya, kaha to tum mujhe chhodkar usko aur uski awlaad ko dost bana chuke ho aur ye to tumhare dushman hain"

aap (sws) ne bhi is andaz ki malumaat karaayi hai, ek din aap(sws) ne taara(star) dekha jo kisi ko maara gaya tha, phir roshni hui to aap(sws) ne saathiyon se mukhatib hokar farmaya:-" jaahili daur me tum is baare me kya kahte they? Saathiyon ne jawab diya ham kahte they:- koi bada marr gaya ya koi bada paida huwa hai, aap (sws) ne farmaya: kisi ki maut par yah nahi feka jaata aur naahi kisi ki zindagi par, hamara rabb jab kisi baat ka faisla karta hai to arsh wale tasbih karte hain, phir unse kareebi aasman waale tasbih karte hain aur isi tarah unse neeche wale, phir aasmaane duniya par tasbih ka shor pahunchta hai to allah ke farishte ek dusre se poochte hain , allah ne kya faisla farmaya hai?? We ek dusre ko batate hain aur yah baat aasmaane duniya tak pahunch jaati hai, shayateen Shayateen wahan se baat churaate hain aur neeche zameen par apne saathiyon ki taraf fekte hain jo baat sahi pahunch jaati hai wah haq hai magar wah usme(apni taraf se jhoot ka) izaafa kar dete hain

" nazoomiyon ke baare me aap(sws) se poocha gaya to aap(sws) ne farmaya yah kuch bhi nahi, saail ne kaha : kabhi kabhi yah aanewaali baat(future) batate hain aur wo sach saabit hoti hain, aap(sws) ne farmaya: yah sacchi baat jinno ne aasmaan se jhapti hain jo apne saathiyon ke kanon me daal dete hai aur wah uske saath saikdon jhoot mila dete hain

Rasool Ki Zindagi Bahtrin Namona( Exa mple) Hai


Rasool{sws} hi wo hasti hain jiska tariqa tamaam Musalmano ke liye Zabte-Hayat hai, yani wo namona( example) hai jiske mutabik bankar log Allah-Taala se koi umeed rakh sakte hain,


Irshad-e-Bari-Taala hai:-

"Yaqinan tumhare liye Rasool{sws} (ki zindagi) me bahtarin namona( mujood) hai, ,Har is shakhs ke liye jo Allah-Taala par aur Qayamat ke din par yaqin "yani Emaan" rakhta hai aur kasrat ke sath Allah-Taala ko yaad karta hai.


(Ahzaab 21)


ye namona Allah-Taala ne bheja, Allah ke namone ke elawa dosre namone banana khud ko Allah-Taala ke ohde(post) par qayam karna hai aur ye shirk hai,

Rasool{sws} hi wo hasti hai jiski har baat Wahee-E-Elahi hai,


Allah-Taala ka irshad hai:-(3}Aur (nabi) na apni khowaish se koi baat kahta hai(4} wo to sirf Wahee-e-Elahi hai jo utari jati hai.

kya ye sanad kisi aur ko hansil hai?


agar nahi!! to phir kisi dosre ki baat kaise sanad ho sakti hai?

Rasool{sws} hi ki wo zaat-e-Girami hai jiski har baat haq hai,

jo masoom hai, jo kabhi galti par qayam nahi rahta,


Irsha-e-Bari-Taala hai:- pas aap yaqinan Allah hi par bharosha rakhiye yaqinan aap sachhe aur khola deen par hai" yani haq par hai"

Kya Allah-Taala ki taraf se ye sanad kisi aur ko mili hai?

agar nahi! mili to wo Imaam kaise ho sakta hai?





Rasool{sws} hi wo Roshan-Chirag hai jiski Roshni me Allah-Taala ki nazil kardah sharyat ka motala ho sakta hai, Agar ye Roshan-Chirag na ho to phir tarikhi me na sharyat-e- Elahi ka Mutalah ho sakta hai na Shiratal-Mustaqim mil sakti hai, zulmat me siwaye zalalat ke kya mil sakta hai?


Insano me Rasool{ sall’All aahu ta’aalaa alaihi wa’ sallam} hi wo hasti hai jiska faisla mil jane ke baad kisi Momin ko ikhtiyaar nahi rahta ke wo is mamle me khud koi Rai de ya kisi dosre ki Rai le, Momin ko Rasool{ sall’All aahu ta’aalaa alaihi wa’ sallam} ke faisle hi par Aamal karna hoga aur pas,

Allah-Taala farmata hai:- momin Mard ya Aaurat ke liye ye jayez nahi ke jab Allah aur Rasool{ sall’All aahu ta’aalaa alaihi wa’ sallam} kisi mamle me faisla sadir farmade to phir bhi inhe is mamle me kisi qisim ka ikhtiyaar baqi nahi(ke is faise ke mutabiq kare ya na kare) aur jo shakhs bhi Allah aur Rasool ki nafarmani karega gumrahi me mubtala ho jayega.

kya ye haq Allah-Taala ki taraf se kisi insan ko diya gaya hai?


agar nahi diya gaya to phir wo Imaam kaise ho sakta hai?


wo Wajib-Al- Ittaba kaise ho sakta hai?


kisi momin ko ikhtiyaar nahi ke Rasool{sall’All aahu ta’aalaa alaihi wa’sallam} ka faisla sunne ke baad koi aur baat kahe siwaye iske Maine Suna Aur Main Itaat Karonga,


Irsha-e-Bari-Ta ala farmata hai:- Emaan walon ka qauool to ye hai ke jab inhe is liye bulaya jata hai ke Allah aur iske Rasool inme faisle karde to wo kahte hain Humne Suna Aur Maan Liya yahi log kamyab hone wale hain,

Kya ye ohda(post) bhi Allah-Taala ki taraf se kisi aur ko ata hua?


Yaqinan nahi aur jab ye ohda( post) kisi ko ata nahi hua to phir wo Wajib-Al-Itaaba kaise ho sakta hai wo Imaam kaise ho sakta hai?




Rasool Hi Hidayat Ka Chasmah(lake) Hai


Rasool{sws} hi ke mutaliq Allah-Taala ki gawahi hai ke wo sidha raste par hain,


Irshad-e-B ari-Taala hai


Aye Rasool{ sws) pas jo Wahee apki taraf ki gai isse mazbot (se) thame rahe BESHAK AAP RAH-E-RAST PAR HAIN,

Rasool{sall’All aahu ta’aalaa alaihi wa’sallam} ke mutaliq Allah-Taala ki gawahi hai ke wo sidhe raste ki taraf dawat dete hai,


Allah-Taala farmata hai:-

[Aye Rasool{sall’All aahu ta’aalaa alaihi wa’sallam} ] yaqinan aap to inhe Rah-e-Rast ki taraf bola rahe hain"yani sidha rasta ki taraf dawat dete hain"

Rasool{sws} ke mutaliq Allah-Taala ki gawahi hai ke iski paerwe se sidha rasta mil sakta hai,


Allah- Taala farmata hai:- Aur yaqinan (Esaa) qayamat ki Alamat hai, pas tum (qayamat) ke bare me shak na karo aur MERI TABEDARI"YANI PAERWE" KARO YAHI SIDHA RASTA HAI


(Az-Zukhuf, 61)





ye Aayat is baat ki kholi dalil hai ke Rasool{sws}Siraatal-Mustaq eem par hain, Rasool{sws} Siraatal- Mustaqeem ki taraf dawat dete hain,


Rasool{sws} ki paerwe Siraatal-Mustaqeem hai, Bataye ye sanad aur zamanat kisi ke pass hain?, nahi hain

inki baat Akhri-Sanad kaise ho sakti hai, inke Fatwe aur qayasaat deen me kis tarah shamil ho sakte hai,

Rasool{sws} hi wo hasti hai jiski har dawat aur pukaar Hayat-Bakhs hai,


Allah- Taala farmata hai:- Aye Emaan walon! tum Allah Aur Rasool ke hukum ko baja lao, jab ke Rasool tumko tumhari zindagi bakhs chiz ki taraf bolate ho "yani tumhe aisi baat ki taraf bolaye jo tumhare liye Hayat-Bakhs ho to foran inki baat qubool kar liya karo"

JO SIFAAT ALLAH KI HAIN USE BARELWI HAZRAAT NE APNE PEERO KO DE RAKHA HAI.. KYA YE KHULA SHIRK NAHI ??



(1) GAUS-E-AAZAM (SabseBada Faryaad Sunne Wala )

"Kaun hai jo beqarar ki dua sunta hai jab ke wo usse pukare aur kaun uski taklif ko door karta hai, aur kaun hai jo tumhe zameen ka khalifa banata hai ! Kya Allah ke sath aur koi Mabood hai ?

(2) MUSKIL-KUSHA (Tamaam Mushkilen halkarne wala)

Agar tumhe Allah kisi mushkil me daal de to iske siwa isko koi door karne wala nahi aur agar wo tumhe kisi khaer(bhalai) se nawazna chahe to wo har chiz par qadir hai.

Abhi aapko bidat ki tareef hi nahi malum...

Bidat karne se pahle ye to malum kar liya karo ki ye bidat quran wa hadith se saabit bhi hai ya nahi..... Hamare liye hujjat quran wa hadith hai fir ijma...

Jaisa ki eid ul miladun nabi manane par ijmaa nahi hai 4 imam iske mukhaalif hain..... Phir aap kyon manate hain??

AHLE HADITH-- Ye hadith out of context hai... Aapne rizq ke mutalliq sawaal kiya jabki hadith me rizq ka koi zikr nahi....

Beshak yah hadith jo aapne pesh ki hai yah rizq ke talluq se nahi ya phir isa hawala ghalat pesh kiya gaya hai..


Is hadith se ye bhi malum huwa ki allah aap(sws) par wahiy karta hai aur aap(sws) logon tak iska ilm pahunchaate hain.....

" hz abdullah bin masood ra bayan karte hai ki jab tak aap(sws) hamare beech maujood rahe ham " assalaamu alaika ayyuhan nabiyyu" kahte rahe, jab aap rukhsat ho gaye to hamne khitaab ka qalimah chhodkar ghayab ka qalimah padhna shuru kar diya, yami phir ham " assalaau alan nabiyyu " padhte they"

Pahle jumle ka maana hai:-" aiy nabi aap par salaamati ho" dusre ka maana hai:-" nabi akram(sws) par salamati ho" phir bhi baad me dobara " assalamu alaika ayyun nabiyyu pada jaane laga, isse malum huwa ki sahaba kiram ra nabi akram(sws) ko alimul ghaib, hajir o najir nahi samjhte they warna ek din ke liye bhi "alaika ayyunhan nabiyyu " ki jagah " alan nabiyyu" nahi padhte

AHLE HADITH-- Bidat ki tareef uper guzar chuki hai.....

Agar deen me naya kaam bidat e hasana hai to barelwiyon ko chahiye ki ramzaan ke roze ek mahine ke bajaaye 2 mahine rakha karen....

Quran ki tarteeb, jumah ki do azaane, hurf, namaz e taraweeh wa jamaat... Ye sab kaam khulefa ras hidoon ke haath huwa isliye ye bidat nahi hai... Aur is par ijma hai..

11wi, 12wi,13wi, 40wa, khatam shareef etc etc se sab bidat e kabeera hain kyonki ye sunnat ke khilaf hain aur is par ijma nahi hai

AHLE HADITH-- Miyan quran ki ayat pesh kar rahe ho ya hadith, agar hadith to ye jhoot hai poori hadith bayan karen raawi ke saath... Jisse is hadith ki asliyat saamne aaye.


Allah hi dilon ke haal jaanta hai, lekin aap ise ambiya aur peer mureedon me bhi tasleem karne lag gaye..... Ye to tawheed par khuli chhot hui. Aur waise bhi is hadith me waliyon ke ilm e ghaib ka saboot nahi mil raha hai

AHLE HADITH-- Barelwi hazraat ne kitni khoobsoorti ke saath bukhari ki hadith pesh ki lekin unki is gadi hui hadith se sirf bewakoof barelwi hi dokha kha sakte hain aqalmand ahle hadith nahi


Agar ye hadith sahih maan bhi liya jaaye to kambakht aqal ise tasleem nahi karti.... Kyonki is bahut si uljhane hain

1-agar ummat e muhammadia shirk nahi kar sakti to , kharijyon, motzali, murjiyah, shia, qaadyani, kya ye shakhs musalman hain....


2- aap(sws) ki pesangoyi hai ki qayamat tab tak na aayegi jab tak ummat e muhammadia se 13 dajjal(jhoote nabi) na paida ho jaayen, kuch paida ho gaye baaqi paida hona baqi hai

Ka “Qurb(wasila)” hai, Main aplog ko batana chahunga ke Quraan- Majid ki Aayat-E-Mubarak me jis “ Qurb(yani wasila)” ko talaash karne ka hokum diya gaya hai, Isse muraad “Gair-Hazir ya Inteqaal(death) kiye hue “ Ambiya, Auliya, Shohada ect. To hargiz nahi hai.

“Wasila” Jannat ka wa Aazim-o-shaan muqaam hai,jo “Bandagan-e-Elaahi” me se sirf ek hi ko nasib hoga aur mujhe umeed haike wo banda main hunga, lihaza jisne mere liye “Wasile” ki dua ki to iske liye meri Sifaat wajib ho jayegi.

Wasila jannat ke sabse Buland-wa-Bala aur Arfaa-wa- Aala darje ka naam bhi hai, aur jo “Rasool-Allah{sws}” ka darjah aur “Aap{ sws}” ka jannat me ghar hoga aur jannat ka ye muqaam Allah-Taala ke Aarsh ke sabse qareeb hoga…

Kah dijiye ke mujhe maloom nahi ke jiska wada tumse kiya jata haiwo qareeb hai ya mera Rab iske liye door kimuddat muqarar kar rakha hai[25 ], Wo Gaib ka jannewala hai aur apne Gaib par kisi ko matloo{yani zhahir)nahi karta[ 26 ] , Siwaye is Paigamber ko jise wo pasand kar le lekin iske bhi aage piche pahredar muqarar kar deta hai[27 ],isliye ke inko apne Rab ke paigaam pahuncha dene ka Elm ho jaye, Allah-Taala ne inke Ass-pass ki tamaam chizon ka Aahatakar rakha hai aur har chiz ki ginti ka shumar kar rakha hai[28 ]

1- hz abdullah bin masud (ra) farmate hain:-" jab tum ham se koi baat qur'an ya hadith ki puchoge to ham batainge aur nayi baatein jo tumne nikaal li hain wah hamari qudrat se baahar hai"

8- imam sho'abi(rh) farmate hain, "main nahi jaanta" kahna aadha ilm hai, agar qayaas karoge to halal ko haraam aur haraam ko halal karoge.



9- hz ali(ra) farmate hain:-" jab mujh se koi baat pucchi jaaye jo main nahi jaanta to is baat me kaleja ke liye sab se zyada thandi baat yah hai ki main kahun, "wallahu alam"


10 - imam sho'abi(rh) farmate hain:-" agar log hadees e rasool sunaaye to isko akhtiyaar karo aur jo baat apni raaye se batayen to usko Pakhane(toilet) me daal do"


11 - imam muhammad bin sireen(rh) farmate hain:-" main tujhse hadith e rasool bayan karta hun aur tu yah kahta hai ki falan falan yah kahta hai, ab tujhse baat na karunga"


12 - hz saeed bin zubair(ra) farmate hain:-" main hadith bayan karta hun aur tu usmd qur'an ke saath ishaare karta hai, rasoollullah sallallaho alaihi wasallam tujh se zyada qur'an jaante they," aakhir rasoollullah(sws) ke irshaad giraami par ise khatm karta hun, aap farmate hain, jis ko fatawa dene par zyada zur'at hai usko jahannum ki zyada zur'at hai"

Hadees: Abdullah Bin Masood Raziallahu Anhu se rivayat hai k Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne ek seedhi lakeer khenchi, phir fermaya: "ye Allah ka raasta hai" Phir Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne iskey daen aur baen ( right and left) chand lakeerain khenchi aur fermaya: "ye mukhtalif raastey hain, in main se her ek raastey per Shetaan hai.

Phir Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne ye Ayat tilawat fermae:

"aur yaqeenan ye mera seedha raasta hai, lihaza tum isi ki pairwi karo aur tum doosrey raaston ki pairwi na karo, woh tumhain (Allah) ke raastey se alag ker daingey

Itaat-e-Ra sool Baisat-e-Mohabbat Elahi hai

Itaat-e-Ra sool Baisat-e-Mohabbat Elahi hai



Rasool{sall’Allaahu ta’aalaa alaihi wa’sallam} hi wo hasti hai jiski pairwe karne se Allah-Taala mohabbat karta hai, Allah-Taala farmata hai:-


Aye Rasool{sall’All aahu ta’aalaa alaihi wa’ sallam} !kah dijiye agar tum Allah-Taala se mohabbat rakhte ho to meri tabedari(yani pearwe) karo [meri pearwe karoge to] khud Allah-Taala tumse mohabbat karega aur tumhare gunah ko maaf farma dega aur Allah-Taala bada bakashne wala maherbaan hai.



(Surah-Al-Imraan, Aayat-No---31)


kah dijiye! ke Allah-Taala aur Rasool{sall’All aahu ta’aalaa alaihi wa’sallam} ki itaat karo, agar ye monh pher le to beshak Allah- Taala kafiron ko dost nahi rakhta.

Rasool Hi Hakim Hota Hai



Rasool hi wo hasti hai jisko apne tamaam ikhtilafaat me faisla karne wala manna aur uske faisle ko bina kisi jhijhak ke taslim karna haqiqi Emaan hai,


Jaisa ke Irshad- E-B aari-Taala hai:-


Qasam hai tere Parwardigar ki! ye Emaandar nahi ho sakte jabtak ke tamaam aapas ke ikhtilafaat me apko hakim na maan le, phir jo faisle aap inme kar de inme se apne dil me kisi tarah ki tangdasti aur nakhushi na paye aur farmabardari ke sath qabool karle.


(Surah-Al-Nisha , Aayat-No---65)


is Aayat se maloom hua ke tamaam ikhtilafaat me Rasool akhri sanad hai, jo log apne malomaat me kisi gair Nabi ko sanad mante hain, iske Qaool-wa- Faal ko bina jhijhak aur be-dalil taslim karte hain, wo log isko Nabi ka darjah de dete hain, aur is Aayat se pata chala ke aise hi log momin nahi ho sakte.



Rasool Shariyat-e -Elaahi Ko Batane Wala Hota Hai


Rasool hi wo hasti hai jo apne Ohde (yani post) ke lihaz se is baat ka haq-dar hai ke wo Allah ke liye shariyat ki Tasrih-wa- Tauzeeh kar sake, dosre ko ye haq nahi pahunchta ke wo Tasrih-wa- Tauzeeh kar sake, Allah-Taal a Farmata hai:-


"Aye Mohammad{sws}! ye zikr (yani kitaab) humne aap ki taraf utara hai ke logon ki janib jo (shariyat) nazil farmaya gaya hai aap isse khol khol kar biyaan karde, shayad ke wo Gaoor-wa-Fikr kare.

(Surah-Al-Nahal , Aayat-No---44)


Rasool ke Qauool-wa- Faal Ki Mukhalfat Fitna-e-Azim Hai


Rasool{sws} hi wo hasti hai jiske Qauool-wa- Faal ki mukhalfat karna Fitna-e-Azim ko dawat deta hai,

Allah-Taal a ka irshad hai:-


Sono! jo log Rasool ke hukum ki mukhalfat karte hain inhe darte rahna chahiye ke kahi in par koi zabar- dast aafat na apade ya inhe dard- naak Aazaab na pahunche.

MURDON KO SAWAAB KAISE PAHUNCHAYA JAAYE

MURDON KO SAWAAB PAHUNCHANA:


Is daur me musalmano me mayyit ko sawaab pahunchaane ka naya tareeqa nikaala huwa hai, jisse murdon ko to kabhi sawab nahi milta aur karne waale ka nuksaan yah hai ki allah aur rasool ke munkar bante hain, paisa barbaad hota hai, aur shaitaan khush hota hai, bewaaon aur yateemo ke haq khatm hote hain,

mayyit agar karzdaar mari hai to aakhirat ke azaab ka shikaar ho jaati hai

is daur ke jaahil musalmano(maslan barelwi) ko jahan dekhiye is bimari ka shikaar hain yahan unke yahan koi mara aur unhone baap daada ki pairwi ki,

murde ke saath anaaj etc qabron par baat'te hain paisa baat'te hai, teesre din teeja, 10wa,20wa,40wa, 6 mahi barsi karte hain phir acche khaane, pulaao, zarda, biryani, mithai aur biraadri ko khaana khilaate hain aur aapas ke badle utaare jaate hain


kitna hi gareeb ho khaana zaroor khilaayega, khana na de teeja na kare ya Koi biraadri waala na bulaaya jaaye aisa ho hi nahi sakta, aise maut ke khaano me shadi ki tarah biraadri ke ameer wa gareeb sab shareek hote hain ,

agar sadqa wa khairaat ka naam lekar bulaya jaaye to koi na aaye.


Agar inse puchiye aap kis deen ke hai jo jawaab me irshaad hota hai AHLE SUNNAT WAL JAMAAT pakke hanafi,

agar pucha jaaye ki hanafi maslak ki kis fiqh ki kitab me ya charon maslako me se kisi maslak ki kitab me in rasmon ko likha huwa bata sakte ho?? To jawab nahi de sakte , agar unke paas koi jawab hai to sirf itna ki hamne to apne baap daada ko aise hi karte dekha hai,

kuch kahte hain ham to jaahil hai kitne ki padhe likhe jo rashme karte hain kya we qur'an wa hadith nahi samjhte?? Aur jo thode bahut padhe likhe bhi hain we farmate hain- "miyan isme nuksaan kiya hai buraai to sadqa khairaat me hai aur karz lekar khairaat karna bhi accha hi hai isme buraai kaun si hai


is jawab ko Kaafi samjhkar asal matlab ko chhod dete hai aur wah nahi jaante ki allah wa rasool ne haqdaaron ka haq ada karne ka kya tareeqa farmaya hai?? Yateemo ke maal ki hifazat ko qur'an majeed kya kahta hai, allah musalmano ko samjh de



SAWAAB PAHUNCHAANE KA SAHI TAREEQA:



Mayyit ko sawab pahunchane ka theek aur sahi tareeqa yah hai ki allah ke waaste apne khaas maal se jisme kisi yateem wa bewa aur dusre rishtedaar ka kuch haq na ho, usse ghareeb miskeen aur ristedaaron ki madad karen unhe khana khila den kapda bana den, nagad raqam se madad karen


"agar taqat ho to mayyit ke sawaab ki niyyat se kuwan(well) khudwa den, madarsa banwa den, yateem wa ghareeb bacchon ko madarsa bhijwa den, agar mayyit karzdaar mari ho to pahle uska karz chuka de phir kahin khairaat ka naam len"

" mayyit ki taraf se khana kaaba ka hajj karen ramzan ke roze rakhen jo us par waajib ho, jo Roze mayyit chhod mari hai hai unki qaza kara den ya nazar ke roze ho to unko pura kara den"

agar maal zyada hai aur koi haqdaar nahi hai to mohtaajon ka wajeefa muqarrar kar den aur kisi kaam me dikhaawa na ho na dikhaawe wa naam ki niyyat ho, agar is tarah sawaab pahunchaayenge to qur'an ke mutabik murde ko allah sawaab dega



nabi(sws) ne farmaya- "jab insaan mar jaata hai to uske saare amal khatm ho jaate hain, magar 3 cheezen maut ke baad bhi faayeda deti hain--

1- sadqa wa khairaat

2- deen ka ilm jisse log faayeda uthaayen

3- nek aulaad jo uske liye dua karti rahi.

agar sadqa khairaat karne ki takat na ho to karz lekar yah kaam na karna chahiye, mayyit ke haq me sirf dua ki karna kaafi hai.


Is tarah khairaat karke dua karen ki " aiy allah yah mera sadqa teri janaab me maqbool ho to mere maa baap ya falan shakhs ko pahuncha de" To allah apni maharbani se wah sawab use pahuncha dega, paisa bhi aapka sahi jagah pahunch jaayega aur murda bhi khush hoga allah wa rasool tumse raazi honge tum sawaab se mahrum na rahoge.....

NIKAH KE MASAIL

NIKAH KI FAZILAT:



Nikah ka lugwi maana hai aisa contract jiske nateeje me mard aur aurat ek dusre par halaal ho jaayen



" nikah karna sunnat hai iski haisiyat rakhne ke bawajood nikah na kare wah nabi(sws) ke tareeqe par nahi hai jo shakhs zina se bachne ke liye nikah karta hai allah uski madad karta hai nikah na karne se zameen me fasaad paida hota hai nikah karne se jitni miyan biwi me muhabbat hoti hai aur kisi me nahi hoti, nikah aadha deen hai mardo ke liye aurton se badkar koi fitna nahi"

" kunwari larki se nikah karna behtar hai maal wa khoobsoorti hasab nasab ka khyaal na kare balki deen daar aurat se nikah kare, musalman ke liye nek aurat se badhkar aur koi cheez nahi hai jis nikah me kam kharch ho usme barkat zyada hoti hai,

jis aurat se nikah karna chahta hai use ek baar dekh le kyonki ek baar dekhne se muhabbat paida hogi, nikah ke waqt Aurat se izazat lena zaroori hai agar kunwari hai to uska chup rahna kaafi hai aur talaaqshuda ko zabaan se kahna chahiye, bina sarparast ke nikah sahi nahi agar koi wali na ho to haakim wali hai ek aadmi ke paighaam ke hote dusre ko paighaam dena mana hai"

12- sage beton ki biwi se

13- do sagi bahno se ek saath


nikah me biwi aur uski fufi ko jama karna haraam hai aur isi tarah biwi wa uski khaala ka jama karna bhi haram hai, musalman mard ka nikah mushrika aurat se aur musalman aurat ka nikah mushrik mard se haraam hai, behtar hai ki mushrika ke mukaable me musalman laundi se nikaah kare isi tarah iman wali aurat ghulam se nikah kare magar mushrik mard se nikah na kare,

magar Musalmano ko yahudion wa isaayion ki paak daaman aurton se nikah karna jayez hain

JAWAAN AULAAD KI SHAADI:



"Jawan ladke aur ladkiyon ka nikah kar dena chahiye, hadith me hai agar ladki 12 saal ki ho gayi ho aur uska nikah nahi huwa aur usse zina ho gaya to uska gunaah baap par hai, iski tarah jab ladka baaligh ho jaaye to fauran nikah kar dena chahiye warna agar zina kar baitha to uska gunah baap par hoga"

" agar ek se zyada biwiyan ho to unke beech insaaf wa baari muqarrar karna wajib hai, khilaane pilaane wa raat guzaarne me insaaf karna wajib hai magar muhabbat me kami zyadati me koi pakad nahi

agar pahli biwi ke hote huwe kunwari aurat se nikah kare to 7 raat kunwari ke paas rahe phir baari muqarrar kare, aur shadi shuda aurat ko kunwari par kare to 3 raat uske paas rahkar baari muqarrar kare, agar aurton ke saath insaaf Na karega to qayamat ke din is haalat me allah ke saamme laaya jaayega ki uska aadha jism gira hoga

aur aurton ka mard par haq hai ki jo khaaye waisa hi khilaaye jaisa pahle waisa hi pahnaaye iske muh par na maare, bura na kahe, naraazgi ki surat me ghar se bahar na soye agar zarurat pesh aaye to maamuli se maar maare, zabaan daraaz hai to talaaq de de"

ASAL IMAM KAUN?? (PART 2)

Imaam Banana ALLAH-TAALA Ka Kaam Hai



lihaza wo " yani Allah" jis kisi ko risalat ata farmata hai isse insano ka Imaam- wa-Mutaa bana deta hai,

Imam banana logon ka kaam nahi- jo log Rasool{sws} k elawa dosre ko apna Mutaa aur Imaam banale phir unhi ki itaat kare unhi ke fatwe ko Sanad-Akhir samjhe wo Shirk-Feeh- Alha kim ke murtakab honge,

sirf Rasool hi Allah-Taala ki taraf se tamaam insano ke liye Imam bana kar bheja jata hai,

Rasool ko Risalat ya Imamat Allah-Taala ki taraf se ata hoti hai,


Allah farmata hai:- jab Ibrahim(a.s) ko inke Rab ne kai baton se azmaya aur unhone sab ko pura kar diya to Allah ne farmaya ke main tumhe logon ka Imaam bana dunga "ya bana raha hu"


(Al-Baqrah,124)


Ibrahim(a.s) jante the ke Imaam banana sirf Allah-Taala ka kaam hai,

Lihaza wo DUA farmate hain:- "Aye Allah! meri Aulaad me se bhi(imaam banana)

Allah-Taala ne farmaya:- Mera wada zalimo se nahi


(Surah-Al-Baqrah, Aayat-No-124)






is Aayat se sabit hua ke Imaam banana Allah-Taala ka kaam hai na ke insano ka

dosri baat ye sabit hui ke Imaam gunahgar nahi hota balke Masoom hota hai,


lihaza siwaye Nabi ke aur koi Imaam nahi ho sakta,


Syedna-Ibrahim( a.s) aur chand aur Rasoolon ka zikr karne ke baad Allah-Taala farmata hai:- Aur humne inhe peshwa" yani Imaam" bana diya tha ke hamare hukum se logon ko Rahbari" yani hidayat" kare aur humne inki taraf neak kamo ke karne aur namaz qayam rakhne aur zakat dene ki wahi ki aur sab ke sab hamare ibadat guzar bande the.

is Aayat ke baad bhi Allah-Taala bahut se Ambiya ka zikr farmaya hai aur inke Imaam banaye jane ki taraf ishara farmaya hai,


in Aayat se sabit hua ke Imaam banana Allah-Taala ka haq hai,

Imaam sirf Rasool hi hote hain, Rasool ke elawa agar kisi ko Imaam bana liya jaye to ye Shirk-Feeh-Alha kim hai...

GAAYEBANA-NAMAZ E JANAZA PAR MUQALLIDEEN KA AITRAAZ:




Gaaybana namaz e janaza padhne par najjasi ke kissi se daleel li jaati hai yah kissi sahih bukhari(1245,1318,1320,1327,1328,1333,) aur sahih muslim (951) me maujood hai,



Sahih bukhari aur wagerah hadith ki kitabon me yah waqeya marwi hai ki habsha me najjasi ki wafaat hui, aur madeena me rasoollullah(sws) ne sahaba ho hamraah lekar uski namaz e janaza padhai, isse malum huwa ki mayyit ki gaayebaana namaz e janaza padhi ja sakti hai, yahi imam shafai rh, imam ahmad bin hambal rh, aur jamhoor salaf ka maslak hai, kisi sahabi se iski manahi marwi nahi, kuch log jinhone yah hadith qubool nahi ki unhone tarah tarah ki qaiden , sharten, bahane taraashe hain, lekin yah sab sirf apne aqli soch hai, shar'an unki koi daleel nahi,



maslan kaha jaata hai ki yah amal nabi(sws) ke saath khaas tha, magar yaad rahe ki nabi(sws) Ka har amal poori ummat ke liye uswa wa namoona hai, isliye aapka koi amal aapke saath us waqt tak khaas nahi qaraar diya ja sakta jab tak ki uske khaas hone ki koi saaf daleel na ho, aur us amal ke khaas hone ki koi daleel nahi,



yah bhi kaha jaata hai ki aapke liye najjasi ki mayyit se parda hata diya gaya tha,

magar ek to iski koi sahih riwayat nahi, dusri , agar parda hata bhi diya gaya ho to yah khaas hone ki daleel nahi ban sakta, kyonki ek to is baad ki koi daleel nahi ki parde ka hataya jaana hi is namaz ke sharai hone ki buniyad thi, dusre nabi(sws) ne gahan(eclipse) ki namaz padhai, dauraane namaz aapko jannat aur jahannum dikhaayi dikhlaayi gayi,

kya koi kah sakta hai ki aapke baad kisi ko jannat ya jahannum dikhlaayi jaayegi isliye gahan ki namaz aapke saath khaas hui, aur kisi aur ke liye sharai nahi.


Yah bhi kaha jaata hai ki yah namaz nabi(sws) ne sirf najjasi ke liye padhi, dusre Sahaba ki wafaat hui aur aapko khabar bhi mili,

magar aapne unke namaz e janaza gaayebana nahi padhi, magar yah bhi sahih nahi, kyonki najjasi ki wafaat par jab 9 hijri me yah namaz e janaza mashroo hui, aur us waqt se aap(sws) ki wafaat tak aapko door daraaz kisi sahabi ke wafaat paane ki koi khabar nahi milti, balki usse pahle ke dino me bhi shaheed hone walon ke elawa kisi aur door daraaz wafaat ka zikr mushkil se mil sakega, aur agar kisi ki wafaat hui bhi ho, aur aapko uska pata bhi huwa ho, aur phir bhi aapne uski gaayebaan namaz e janaza na padhi ho to yah zyada se zyada ki baat ki daleel hui ki namaz e janaza gaayebaana chhodi bhi ja sakti hai, khaas ki daleel na hogi, baaqi rahe shaheed to zyadatar unki namaz e janaza hi nahi padhi jaati thi.



Yah bhi kaha jaata hai ki najjasi aisi jagah mara jahan ko namaz e janaza padhne wala nahi tha.

Magar seerat nigaaron ne likha hai ki makka me habsha Ki ek jamaat ne aakar imaan qubool kiya tha , jis par " wa iza samiu ma unzil alar rasooli" aur dusri ayat nazil hui (seerat ibne hisham 2/605 kutub tafseer) phir madeena me bhi unki ek badi momin jamaat tashrif laayi thi( tafsir tibri ibne katheer ), sudoor hai ki itne musalman apne badshah shakhs ko bila namaz e janaza dafan kar den, isliye muqallid ka ye bhi daawa sahih nahi

ASAL IMAM KAUN??

Asal Imaam Kaun?



Rasool {sall’Allaahu ta’aalaa alaihi wa’sallam} hi wo hasti hai jis ko apne tamaam ikhtalaf me faisla karne wala manna aur uske faisle ko bila jhijhak taslim karna haqiqi Emaan hai,


jaisa ke irshad bari taala hai:- Qasam hai tere parwardigar ki! ye Emaandar( momin) nahi ho sakte jab tak ke tamaam aapas ke ikhtilaaf me apko hakim na maan le, phir jo faisla aap inme karde inme se apne dil me kisi tarah ki tagdasti aur nakhoshi na paye aur farmabardari ke sath qubool kare.


( *Surah-Al- Nisha, Aayat-No---65 * )


imaam se muraad wo imaam nahi jo namaaz padhata ho,

imaam se muraad wo imaam nahi jo kisi fun me maharat rakhne ki waja se is fun me imaam kahlata ho,

imaam se muraad wo imaam nahi amir-wa-hukmaran ho,

imaam se muraad wo imaam nahi jo kisi neki me pahal karne ki waja se dosron ke liye pesh-ro ban jaye

balke imaam se murad wo imaam hai jisko Allah-Taala ne munsaf-wa-imaamat se sarfaraz farmaya ho,

jiska har hukum wajib- e-ittaba ho,

, jiska har amal aur baat hidayat ho balke qayamat tak ke liye dayemi ho aur jo masoom ho,

jis se deeni baat me galti ka tasawor namumkin ho aur jiski har deeni baat wahi ho,

Hakim sirf ek hai "yani Allah-Taala" iske bando par sirf issi ka hukum chalta hai, dosron ka nahi,


lekin Allah-Taala ka hukum har bande ke pass bara-e-rast nahi pahunchta balke wo apne bandon me se kisi ek bande ko muntakhab kar leta hai aur is bande ko apne ahkamaat ko bata deta hai, phir wo banda Allah-Taala ke tamaam ahkamaat se dosron ko bata deta hai ya dosre tak pahuncha deta hai,


Aise bande ko Nabi ya Rasool kahte hain.

Har ibteda se pehle har inteha ke baad,"ZAAT-E- NABI buland hai

"ZAAT-E-KHUDA" ke baad,Dunya main ehtraam ke qabil hain jitne log,Main sab ko manta hun magar ,"MOHAMMAD-MUSTAFA{ sall’Allaahu ta’aalaa alaihi wa’ sallam} ke baad..


Itaat-e-Ra sool Darasal Itaat-e-El ahi hai:-



Rasool bando aur Allah-Taala ke darmiyaan wasta hota hai, iske zarye Allah-Taala ki itaat hoti hai, iski itaat "yani rasool ki itaat" aaeen Allah-Taala ki itaat hoti hai,


Irshad-e-Bari-Taala hai:-


Rasool{sall’ All aahu ta’aalaa alaihi wa’sallam} ki jo itaat kare isne Allah-Taala ki farmabardari ki "yani itaat ki" aur jo monh pher le to humne apko kuch is par nigahbaan bana kar nahi bheja.


(Surah-Al-Nisha , Aayat-No---80 * )


Rasool khud apni itaat nahi karata balke iski itaat Allah-Taala ke hukum se ki jati hai,


Allah-Taala farmata hai:- humne har Rasool ko sirf issi liye bheja ke Allah-Taala ke hukum se iski farmabardari "yani itaat" ki jaye.


(Surah-Al-Nisha , Aayat-No---64)






kyon ke itaat (jaisa ke hum pahle bata chuke hai) sirf Allah-Taala ka haq hai, lihaza begair iske hukum ya ejazat ke kisi dusre ki itaat nahi ki jasakti, agar koi shakhs begair Allah-Taala ke hukum ya ejazat ke dosre ki itaat karta hai to goya isne dosre shakhs ki itaat me Allah-Taala ka shareek bana liya,


ye Allah-Taala ka kaam hai ke wo apne kisi bande ki itaat ko insano par farz qarar de,

agar bande khud kisi ko itaat ke liye muntakhab karle to goya wo khud *Aala* ban baitha,

Allah-Taala ke haq aataye- risalat par khud Qabz ho gaye aur ye shirk hai,


Allah-Taala farmata hai:- Allah hi khoob janta hai ke kaha wo apni paigambari rakhe"yani wo apni Risalat kisko ata farmaye"



(Surah-Al-Anaam , Aayat-No--- 124)

KHUTBA-E-JUMAH KE PAHLE DO RAKAT PADHKAR BAITHO

KHUTBA E JUMAAH KE DAURAAN DO RAKAT PADHKAR BAITHO:



rasoollullah(sws) jumaah ka khutba irshad farma rahe they ki ek shakhs( hz saleeq gitfani ra) masjid me aaye , aur 2 rakat padhe bina baith gaye, nabi(sws) ne pucha:-" kya tumne 2 rakaten padhi hain?? Usne arz kiya:-" nahi ya rasoollullah!!, aap(sws) ne huqm diya:-" khade ho jaao aur 2 rakaten padh kar baitho"


(sahih bukhari, al jumah 930-931, muslim al juma 875)



phir aapne(saari ummat ke liye) hukm de diya:-" jab tum mese ko aise waqt masjid me aaye ki imam khutba(juma) de raha ho to use 2 mukhtasar si rakaten padh leni chahiye"


(muslim al juma 875)


juma se pahle nawafil ki tadad muqarrar nahi balki nabi(sws) ne izaazat di hai ki jitne aasaani se padh sakte hain padh le"


(sahih muslim al juma 857)


magar kam se kam tadaad yani do rakaten zaroori hain





GARDANE NA FALAANGO:



Hy abdullah bin basar ra se riwayat hai ki juma ke din rasoollullah (sws) khutba de rahe they ek shakhs logon ki garden falaangta huwa aane laga to aapne yah dekhkar farmaya," baith jaao ! Tumne (logon ko) takleef di aur der lagaayi hai"


(abu dawood al juma 1118, imam hakim 1/288, imam ibne khuzaima 1816,1811, ibne hibban 572, aur haafiz zahbi ne sahih kaha hai)


malum huwa ki namaz e juma ke liye aane walon ko chahiye unhe jahan jagah mile wahi baith jaayen

MAYYIT PAR RONA AUR MAYYIT KA SOG(GHAM)

MAYYIT KA SOG(GHAM)



" HZ zainab binte zahash ra ke bhai ka inteqaal ho gaya, 3 din baad unhone khusbu mangwaayi aur usko mala, phir kaha mujhe khushbu ki zarurat nahi thi magar maine aap(sws) se suna ki jo aurat allah taala aur qayamat par imaan rakhti ho uske liye halaal nahi ki 3 din se zyada kisi mayyit ka sog kare, siwaaye shawhar ke jiska sog 4 mahine 10 din hai"


( sahih bukhari, kitabul janaize hadith 1282,5335)



" hz umme atiya ra ka ladka marr gaya, teesre din unhone zardi mangwa kar badan par mali aur kaha-" hamare shawhar ke elawa kisi aur (ki maut) par 3 din se zyada sog karna mana hai)


(sahih bukhari, hawala saabiq hadith 1278,313)



MAYYIT PAR RONA:



Agar mayyit ko dekhkar rona aaye aur aansu jaari hon to mana nahi, isliye ki yah aap se aap rona hai jayez hai,

nabi(sws) ne farmaya:-" allah taala aankh ke rone aur dil ke pareshaan hone ki wajah se Azaab nahi karta balki zabaan ke chalaane aur waawela karne se azaab karta hai"


(sahih bukhari janaiz hadith 1304, muslim janaiz 924)

note: yani nauha, maatam aur ban karna mana hai aur azaab ki wajah hai


nabi(sws) ne farmaya:-" (allah ke yahan) wah sabr bharose layak hai jo sadma ke shuru me ho"


(bukhari janaiz 1302, muslim janaiz 926)



yani waawel aur ban karne ke baad sabr karna, sabr nahi hai !! Asal sabr yah hai ki musibat ke waqt sabr se kaam liya jaaye aur gham zaahir karne ke fitri tareeqe ke elawa aur kuch na kiya jaaye



"hz abdullah bin masud ra riwayat karte hain ki aap(sws) ne farmaya:-" wah hamme se nahi hai jo gaal(chick) peete, girebaan faade, aur jihalat ki pukaar pukaare(yani noha aur waawel kare)


(bukhari kitabul janaiz 1294,1297,1298, muslim kitabul iman 103)



rasullullah(sws) ne farmaya:- main bari(free) hun usse jo (mayyit ki musibat me) sar ke baal noche aur chillakar Roye aur apne kapde faade"


(bukhari kitabul janaiz 1296, muslim kitabul iman 104)


aap(sws) ne farmaya:- allah taala farmata hai- "mere (us) momin bande ke liye jannat hai jiske pyaare ko main ahle duniya se kabz karta hun aur wah(uski maut par) sabr karta hai"


(sahih bukhari kitabul riqaaq 6424)



rasullulah(sws) ne farmaya:- jihalat ke 4 kaam aise hai jinhe meri ummat ke log bhi karenge.

1- apne khaandaan(caste) par fakhr karna.


2- kisi ki jaat(caste) me taan karna


3-sitaron ke zariye paani talab karna


4- nouha karna

(aur yah bhi farmaya)" agar noha karne waali aurat marne se pahle tauba na kare to qiyamat ke din us par ghandak aur khaarish ka kurta hoga"


( sahih muslim janaiz 934,)

note: jaahilon ka aqeeda tha ki sitaron ki chalat firat aur tulu ghrub ka baarish ke saath gahra talluk hai aaj kal najoomi ke kaarname bhi unki shirkiya khurafaat jaisi hai, allah taala mahfuz rakhe


rasullullah(sws) ke bete ibraheem jab aakhiri waqt me the to aapne use uthaya aur farmaya:-" aankh aansu baha rahi hai aur dil gham zada hai magar iske bawajood ham kuch nahi kahenge siwaaye us (baat) ke jisse hamara rabb raazi ho, aur aiy ibraheem! Ham teri judaai ke sabab gham zada hain"


(sahih bukhari janaiz 1303, muslim fazail 2315)


note: malum huwa ki allah taala mahboob ki muhabbat me aakar apne faisle nahi badalta balki jo chahta hai so karta hai,



rasullah(sws) ka nawaasa marr gaya to aapki aankhon se aansu jaari ho gaye, hz saad bin ubada ra ne arz kiya, ya rasullullah(sws)! Yah kya hai? Aapne farmaya:-" yah wah rahmat hai jo allah ne apne bandon ke dilo me paida ki hai aur allah apne bandon me se rahmat karne walon par hi rahmat karta hai"


(bukhari janaiz 1284,5655,6602,6655, muslim janaiz 923)



nabi(sws) ne farmaya:-" jis aurat ke 3 bacche mar jaayen to wah(uske liye) jahannum ki Aag se aad banenge ek aurat ne pucha agar 2 bacche mar jaayen to? Aapne farmaya:-" 2 bacche bhi", hz abu hurairah ra se riwayat hai ki isse muraad we bacche hain jo abhi baaligh na hue hon"


(sahih bukhari janaiz 1240,muslim 2633)


note: yah tab hai jab wah aurat allah ke faisle(baccho ki maut) par sabr kare


ek aur riwayat me hai ki allah taala un baccho par (apni) rahmat aur fazl ke sabab us shakhs(yani unke baap ko) jannat me daakhil karega"
